As Founder and Director of Opal Solutions Private Limited, he leads the company’s strategic technology vision, helping organisations modernise legacy platforms, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable digital ecosystems aligned with long-term business goals.

Specialising in enterprise architecture, cloud-native solutions, systems integration, and data transformation, Rupam has successfully led complex transformation initiatives involving housing systems, CRM, finance platforms, GIS, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise applications. His experience spans both public and private sector organisations, including local authorities, financial services, healthcare, insurance, and large enterprise delivery programmes.
